The Management Board of Polska Grupa Hutnicza S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”) hereby informs that on September 22, 2026, it received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies from CPAR LTD, acting under a shareholder agreement.
